If you do break down your current 3 meals a Super Nutra Complete Review day into say 5 meals a day you should try break these meals down so that your morning meal is high in carbs and your last meal of the day has almost no carbs and your morning meal has minimal protein and your last meal is all protein if possible. The reason for this is that carbs are your energy food and if you don't use the energy from carbs then you turn the carbs into fat. It's not hard to figure out that if you eat energy food before going to sleep and burning almost no energy then you're probably going to turn all that food into fat.
Ideally we will be eating so regularly that we won't be eating foods that are bad for us and will instead be the models of health that we all know we can be. Hello World! Welcome back to our little discussion about health and nutrition and a well-balanced diet. Today we're going to talk about the Fruit category on the USDA Food Pyramid. This is one of my personal favorites on the Pyramid - right behind the Chocolate category! God has given us such a myriad of colors, flavors, scents and textures in this food group. Consider the contrast between the smooth texture of a fresh, juicy peach versus the coarse, fibrous texture of a fresh, juicy pineapple. Or, the difference between the texture of the melon group versus the berry group. All you need to do is visit your local grocery store or fruit and vegetable market to appreciate the color palette that God has used.
